Today is laundry day so we were stuck at home all day. In an attempt to keep us all entertained while the clothes were being washed we did a couple of fun activities.
Before lunch I put us all (yes, I said all) in swim suits and we played in the sprinkler. At first I tried out the sprinkler Addy got for her birthday. It spun way fast, knocking itself over several times and the spray only went like 2 feet. So I switched sprinklers. Afterwards the girls took a bath to get cleaned up.
After lunch, naps and a little cleaning up, I pulled out the finger paints. The kids really like to paint, especially Kyra. Today we focused on the letter "D" and made D-dragons. Here are the kids while we worked on our project. (By the way, no I am not this creative. I got this idea and many others from this site. It's GREAT!!!)

After everything was done the girls took a bath to get cleaned up. If you were paying attention you would realize that this is their second bath of the day. My kids are super squeaky clean now!!!
