For Christmas, one of the gifts the kids received was the gift of an experience instead of stuff. Ryan found this great place that has a pizza buffet (when it's not COVID), games, and activities. We finally found a good weekend to cash in the experience and away we went.
First up was lunch. Because of COVID, the buffet was closed, but they did have food to order. We chowed down on burgers, nuggets, and pizza.
Afterward, the fun and games began. We started with a family game of bowling.

All of the kids had bumpers. Layla and Brianna used the ramps to help the ball get down the lanes. We all had a blast!!!
I did not get a picture of the grand totals, but as you can see we had way more fun than skill.
The really cool special they had was if the #1 pin was red, if you bowled a strike you would win a $20 gift card for all open lanes. I am glad to announce that Kim was the lucky winner and got us TWO gift cards and a gift card for the other group bowling.
When we were done bowling we let the kids loose on the place with a three-hour play card. This gave the kids an unlimited amount of fun, games, and activities...as long as they weren't ticket or prize games. They had a blast with the games, but even more exciting were bumper cars, the laser maze, the rock wall, and laser tag.
In order to go, we told everyone we ALL had to share meals. This actually made the portions just right for each of us, along with the salad and all the breadsticks.
You would think that our day was done, but oh no! We ended the day with rootbeer floats and a movie...The Croods 2!
