Today progressed kind of slowly. We all slept in a bit and got up when we felt like it. Which means breakfast was spread over a couple hours. I went to get groceries this morning. The kids helped take it in the house and Ryan and I organized as we put it all away.
Afterwards, it was clean up time. Bedrooms!!! They all tidied up a bit before lunch. After lunch, we went out for ice cream at Braum's and playtime at McDonald's. It was cold and wet all day so time to run and play somewhere was a necessity.
We chilled once we got home. Except for Kyra. It is her week to do dishes and she has been negligent in doing them in a timely manner. So she spent a couple hours getting it all done. Since it took her so long we had a late dinner and baths were postponed to tomorrow morning because there wasn't any more hot water.
