The youth in our ward have a fundraiser where they sell flags to put up on certain holidays. It’s a pretty good money maker for them. The youth are in charge of putting them up, taking them down, and storing them. So along with our flag, Ryan and our girls took care of the flags for several others.
It was super windy today so all the flags were waving proudly in the wind.

The kids all had the day of school, but we didn’t do much. We did go to Sams Club for lunch snacks and some lunch, but otherwise stayed home. Kyra (and Addy) wanted to go to the park with “the boy” (and his sister), but that plan got vetoed right quick because of the super cold and windy day. The next plan was going to McDonalds but that also got nixxed because I told her we ALL would have to be there and I wasn’t going to McDonalds.

Ever since the Valentine’s Day parties my youngest two girls have been finding temporary tattoos all over the place. They come off in a day or two so I don’t have a problem with them having them. They bring them to me, I question we’re they could have found ANOTHER one, and stick it on them. While I took Ryan to work Joselyn found some more and I walked into the house to her trying to get them on herself. What was shocking about it was she found a whole sheet of them and was putting them all on. It looked like she had a sleeve of tattoos. It was all fun and games until she realized they were pulling on her skin and were kinda hurting her.

To end the day Brianna has been increasingly complaining her ear(s) hurts. I haven’t taken her too seriously since she started saying her ear hurt at the doctors office last week when I took Layla in and they got lollipops and stickers. And she has been wanting to have some of Layla’s medicine. Well the complaints have been more frequent and consistent as to which ear hurts, so I found someone in our ward with an otoscope and took a look see before making a possible wasted trip to the pediatrician. Well it looks like she has an ear infection and she needs an appointment.
