I am so glad I chose to stay home to get some things done here because Brianna’s cold is back. She was coughing all day and, silly girl, didn’t want to take any medicine. After a bit of bribery I got her to take some cough medicine, which really helped her to feel better. I know she’s really not feeling well because even after a two hour nap she went to bed without any problems.
And then this evening Layla started complaining that there was a buzzing, like a mosquito, in her ear. By dinner time she was in tears and saying her ear hurt. We’re going to check with her in the morning to see if it still hurts but we may end up seeing the doctor for an ear infection tomorrow. The biggest bummer is she will miss her Valentine’s Day party at school tomorrow.

Kyra and Addy has a temple trip today. It was Addy’s first opportunity to go and she was over the moon excited to go. She had the biggest smile on her face and can’t wait to go again. They both had a good time and I’m so glad we live close enough to a temple that they can have this experience.
