Today was one of those days that despite wanting to spend it all together as a family, some kids needed one thing, while the others needed something else.
The older girls were in desperate need of new pants. I'd put it off since Christmas was coming and then Christmas came and went and they still needed new pants. So today was that day. I took the girls shopping and to lunch, and Ryan took the other four kids out to lunch and to play.
We then spent a quiet evening together as we gear up for church tomorrow and the first week of two-hour church and the new "Come, Follow Me" curriculum. I'm excited to see how it goes!!!
