In an effort to keep us all busy and from going crazy this summer we have a plan to get out and do something each day or a few times a week at least.
Since it was finally a nice sunny day here in Texas after way too many rainy days, the kids decided they wanted to go to the Fort Worth Zoo. Mondays during the summer are "Member Mondays" allowing members to go an hour before open and have free rides on the carousel and train. We didn't make it for the extra hour but took advantage of the carousel and train ride.
It was a fun day and a great start to our summer vacation.
