The last few doctor's appointments the doctor has noticed that Griffin had a small heart murmur. Considering that it runs in my family and that Kyra had one, I didn't really think much of it. When the doctor heard it again at his 2-year well child, I decided to take up her recommendation to get it checked on to make sure it wasn't anything serious. The EKG turned out normal and he has what's called an "innocent" murmur. Basically it's nothing, just a little extra noise as blood moves through the heart.
