Adeline

Adeline is a wonderfully sweet girl.  She is still my biggest instigator, but she is turning out to be a great big and little sister.

She is very inquisitive and seems to always be into something.

She is my cute girl with the big blue eyes and smile.  It gets her out of a lot of trouble because it makes her look so innocent.

She is trying to jump rope.  She kept trying, but it was quite tragic to watch.

She is very active and likes playing around.

I was much happier and pleased to see that she did a lot better hitting the ball than she did jump roping.  It give me hope and a special warm spot in my heart.

I may have to put her into baseball/softball or something.  I was very impressed when she hit the ball I tossed to her and she nearly hit me in the head with it.

Once in a while we still find Addy (or Addie as she has decided to change it) asleep on the floor by the door.

I love watching her grow.  She is very excited to go to school this year and actually told me that she wished she was in first grade, so she could be in the same class as her sister.

She has developed a fear of the dark.  It came on suddenly and inexplicably since she's always slept in a dark room.  She insists on having the hall light on and the door a little bit open.  We found her like this.
