I know, I know. I haven't blogged in a while. So Sorry.
My sister wrote a blog summarizing their summer and I thought I'd steal the idea and update y'all on what we've been up to.
Ryan's races!!!
~Here is Ryan running in one of his races this summer.
~He also ran a fabulous 15K in July. The kids and I didn't go and see him run, but he said it was a great race and he had A LOT of fun!
~The girls and I hung out at the playground while daddy ran.
~It was really nice to have the race route go by the playground because we were able to see Ryan run.
Adeline's 2nd Birthday!!!
~Our sweet baby turned 2!!
~I don't feel like I should have a 2-year-old and a 3-year-old, but here we are!
~Kyra also got into the festivities.
~She received presents of her own...I hope this isn't an ongoing trend to get both kids presents on each other's birthdays.
~We had a very small, yet yummy Tinkerbell cake.
~The Girls loved it and still fight over the Tinkerbell topping!
The New room!!!
~Gramma Zielke bought the Girls jammies to match their new room.
~Addy in her Watermelon jammies and looking oh, so cute...despite the terrible 2's! :)
~Kyra in her Elephant jammies.
~She just loves them and wears them all the time.
~THE ROOM!
~The girls received new beds, bedding and fun accessories for Addy's birthday!
~They didn't get to see their new room until it was all put together. THEY LOVED IT!!!
~Thank you to Gramma, Grampa Zielke, Uncle Kyle, Daddy and Mom for putting the room together.
~Thank you Grammy and Papa McPherson for helping us get this for our girls!

~"Tuscan Sun" a.k.a. dark red
~Beige interior
~And last, but not least...the new car smell!!!
~The girls love the new "family car"
~Kyra likes to say..."Are we driving in our mini-van?"
~We've really needed a van and will especially need one when baby #3 arrives (no that is not an announcement)
~Ryan likes the idea of the van for scout camp-outs...I'm not that excited about a bunch of dirty smelly boys in my nice, new, new-car-smelling van, but oh, well.
I'm going to leave you with a couple of cutie pies with crazy hair...
