Our Addy baby is growing up so fast. It's hard to believe that she is 6 MONTHS OLD already!!! As a tribute, lets recap the last 6 months.
Newborn- Addy was such a sweet newborn. She slept well, ate well, and was all around lovable. She was able to come home the day after she was born and I think we all enjoyed being home and not in the hospital. She was ever so slightly jaundice, but otherwise the picture of health. She was 7lbs, 9.9oz and 20 inches long. She was long and lean.
1 Month- Still lovable and still as cute as can be. We are beginning to see that Addy is going to be a mama's girl. She developed colic and started crying nearly nonstop. But when she was a happy girl she was the most happy.
2 Months- Colic is in full swing. Because she cried so much, she ended up sleeping very well. (I think she even slept through the night once or twice.) She started to smile a lot more at those around her. She realized that her daddy was a pretty cool guy and started hanging out with him a bit more when he was home.
3 Months- A new baby!!! People would tell me that at 3 months colicky babies do a 180 in the personality department and Addy did not disappoint. She went from crying (OK, screaming) the majority of time to being a very happy and content baby. She smiled more and more. She enjoying being on the floor or in her exersaucer.
4 Months- Addy is rolling over and trying to explore her world. She loves looking around and gets a bit frustrated when she can't get to what she wants. She loves being outside and watching her sister run and play. Her true personality is starting to shine and we love it.
5 Months- Happy and go lucky. She likes to laugh with her sister (or at her). She gets excited to see daddy come home and gets mad if he doesn't say hi. A proficient roller and an expert at drool.6 Months-
Addy can hold her own bottle when she eats. She was weaned right before Christmas and none to soon as she got her first two teeth a couple weeks later. She is content to be with other people, but if there is a choice she chooses mom every time.
Addy is a GREAT eater. She loves to eat both her fruits and vegetables. She is usually pretty clean about it too. 
She is so happy and smiley. She loves to jump in her jumper and when that's not available have others help her jump. She likes to see what's going on around her and loves to move, move, move!
While not yet crawling she is really trying hard. She is scooching, however...backwards, which frustrates her to no end. She will be millimeters away from what she wants, try to crawl towards it, ends up scooching backwards and starts to cry her mad "this isn't fair" type of cry. She is pretty close to sitting up on her own, too. She can sit up unaided for about 5 seconds before falling over. She's on her way.Her 6 month doctor's apointment was this month. She is still long and lean. She is 15lbs 8oz and 27 inches long (5oth percentile and 75th percentile respectively). She is healthy as can be and a love bug through and through.
