We went to the park yesterday to enjoy the sunny weather and to burn off some of Kyra's endless energy. Addy had been having a pretty good day...until we decided to go.

Not a minutes later, she is falling asleep. She is like that. She can be screaming her head off and completely inconsolable one minute and asleep the next. It's a toss up which I prefer. A screaming baby and a good night's sleep or a happy baby and a not so good night's sleep.

We went to have family pictures done today. We had pictures taken of our family, the girls together and the girls separately. In about a week and a half we should have an email to show you all the pictures.
Our adventure, for it truly was an adventure, was interesting. Kyra woke up VERY early this morning and the earliest appointment was right about nap time. She was less than cooperative while taking pictures and did not want to be still long enough to get really good pictures with her in them. Adeline, while hungry, was wonderful. She is starting to smile now more on command and we were able to get several pictures of her smiling. Our family pictures weren't half bad either, considering we were only able to get a half dozen pictures of us all before Kyra was off again.
Word to the wise...as your family grows, so does the amount you spend on pictures. Especially if they are good pictures.
