Ryan have been informed by his manager and his director (his manager's boss) that he has been promoted. He is now a Programmer/Analyst at FedEx Services. The news was announced at a team meeting with the Director in front of his peers. They also read a page paper describing his outstanding accomplishments that awarded him the promotion. Our whole family is excited and will be celebrating when it becomes official May 1st. Which is when his salary increase comes in effect.
